Insurance has always been complicated to understand. I was pleasantly surprised by how Liliani and Shawn’s explanation regarding my doubts and ‘terms’ used in the policies. They are very polite and friendly which makes it easier for us to share or ask on our doubts. I would recommend adding visuals or animation for first timers to understand. The process of applying the insurance was very smooth compared to my previous experience in Malaysia. Cash is king, and having a proper cash flow analysis is, in my opinion, the most important part of financial planning.
